Terms of Service

IFSCORES is a football scores and statistics platform with optional features that let you:

• Browse live, upcoming, and finished football matches with scores, statistics, and pre-match odds (sourced from a third-party data provider)
• Favorite matches and receive push notifications about goals, cards, substitutions, half-time, full-time, kickoff reminders, and other match events
• Create custom alert rules ("presets") that fire push notifications when a live match meets conditions you define (for example, "home team has 2+ goals in the first half")
• Optionally publish your presets to an in-app community marketplace where other users can clone them
• Use an AI assistant ("AI Preset Draft") to convert plain-English descriptions into structured preset rules
• Subscribe to a Pro tier with additional features (no advertising, higher preset limits, advanced filters)
• Invite friends through a referral program

The Service is provided as-is. We may add, change, or remove features at any time.

You may use the Service only if you are at least the minimum age set by your jurisdiction and the App Store / Google Play age rating that applies to your device. The Service is not directed to children under 13. If you are a minor in your jurisdiction, you may use the Service only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service is lawful where you are located.

3.1 Creating an account

You may register with an email and password, or sign in with Google or Apple. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

You are responsible for the security of your account, including your password and any third-party identity provider credentials. We encourage you to enable two-factor authentication. You are responsible for everything done through your account; tell us immediately at support@ifscores.com if you believe your account is compromised.

3.2 One account per person

You may not create or operate multiple accounts to circumvent rate limits, referral abuse protections, or moderation actions. We may take action (including suspending or deleting accounts) if we detect coordinated multi-account behavior.

3.3 Username and public surfaces

You may set a public username (a "handle") used to identify you when you publish content to the in-app community marketplace and on your profile screen.

• Your username must follow the format and content rules described in the app (3–30 characters, alphanumeric with _, -, and .; no reserved or prohibited words).
• Initial usernames are applied to your account immediately but are also reviewed by our moderation team. If a moderator determines that your initial username is inappropriate, the moderator may replace it with a different value of their choice. You will be notified of the replacement.
• Username changes are not applied immediately — each change request is reviewed by a moderator who may approve, reject, or replace your requested name. Until a decision is made, your existing username remains active.
• You may request at most two (2) username changes per rolling 365-day period.
• You may cancel a pending change request before it is reviewed; cancelled requests still count against your annual change quota.

By submitting a username, you authorize us to display it publicly on surfaces where your username appears (marketplace, profile screen, and any context where your published content is shown).

3.4 Account deletion

You may delete your account at any time:

• In the mobile app: Settings → Account → Delete Account
• On the web: https://ifscores.com/delete-account

Deletion is subject to a 30-day grace period. During this window your account is hidden but recoverable by signing in again — this protects you from accidental deletion. After 30 days, your data is permanently erased from our active database (see our Privacy Policy, Section 6 for retention details).

4.1 Pro subscription

Some features of the Service are reserved for Pro subscribers. Pro plans are sold as auto-renewing subscriptions through:

• Apple App Store on iOS
• Google Play Store on Android

You may also receive a free trial period of the Pro tier (commonly 14 days for a first redeemed referral; the exact duration is shown to you at the moment of grant). Trial duration and Pro plan prices and durations are shown to you before you confirm the purchase.

4.2 Auto-renewal

By subscribing, you understand and agree that:

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings (iOS) or Google Play account settings (Android) after purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

4.3 Refunds — handled solely by the stores

IFSCORES does not process refunds. All purchases and subscriptions on the Service are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Refund requests are handled solely by Apple or Google according to their respective policies:

We have no involvement in payment processing, refund eligibility, or refund disbursement. If you believe you were charged in error, please contact the store that processed your payment.

4.4 Price changes

We may change subscription prices over time. Any price change will be communicated in advance through the App Store or Google Play, and you will have the opportunity to cancel before the new price takes effect.

4.5 Family Sharing

If your subscription is shared via Apple Family Sharing, family members may inherit your Pro entitlement subject to Apple's terms. We honor the entitlement state reported by RevenueCat (our subscription mediator) and have no further visibility into the family group.

The Service includes a referral program where each user receives a permanent invite code. When a friend redeems your code:

• They receive a 14-day Pro trial added to their account
• You receive 30 days of Pro added to your account

The reward sizes shown in the app at the time of redemption are the definitive amounts. We may change reward sizes from time to time; previously granted rewards are not retroactively adjusted.

5.1 Anti-abuse

To prevent self-farming abuse, we apply the following safeguards:

• Each account may redeem only one invite code in its lifetime
• We record a hash of your device push token at redemption time; an invite code may not be redeemed twice from the same physical device (even from different accounts)
• An admin may revoke rewards granted as a result of abusive behavior at any time
• Mass account creation, scripted redemption, and coordinated multi-account farming are prohibited and may result in account suspension

5.2 No cash value

Referral rewards have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be transferred to another user.

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose, including any purpose prohibited by the laws of your jurisdiction
• Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Service except through interfaces we publicly offer
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Service except to the extent permitted by applicable law
• Use any automated means (bots, scripts, headless browsers) to interact with the Service in ways that go beyond normal personal use
• Attempt to bypass rate limits, paywalls, moderation systems, or other access controls
• Create accounts for the purpose of generating referral rewards through self-redemption or coordinated networks
• Submit content (preset names, descriptions, usernames, feedback messages) that is abusive, hateful, harassing, threatening, fraudulent, defamatory, obscene, sexually explicit, or otherwise inappropriate
• Impersonate any person or entity, including by using a username that resembles "admin", "support", "official", or any IFSCORES staff handle
• Use the Service to facilitate, advertise, or solicit gambling activity (see Section 7 below)
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service, including by attempting denial-of-service or injection attacks
• Resell, sublicense, or otherwise commercially redistribute the Service or its content without our written permission

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these rules.

The Service displays match scores, statistics, and pre-match odds and live odds for informational and entertainment purposes only. Odds data is sourced from a third-party data provider; IFSCORES does not set odds, accept bets, or take any role in betting transactions.

IFSCORES is not a bookmaker. We do not facilitate, broker, or process any betting activity. We do not link out to bookmakers. Any decision you make based on information shown in the Service is your sole responsibility.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of any information shown in the Service complies with the gambling laws of your jurisdiction.

If you or someone you know struggles with problem gambling, please seek help from a local support organization.

When you create presets, name them, write descriptions, submit feedback, or publish to the marketplace, you grant IFSCORES a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to host, display, copy, distribute, and (where you publish publicly) make available your content for the purpose of operating the Service.

You retain ownership of your content. We do not claim any rights beyond what is necessary to run the Service.

8.1 Public marketplace submissions

If you publish a preset to the in-app community marketplace:

• Your username, the preset name, the description, and the preset's condition rules become visible to all other IFSCORES users
• Our moderation team may review, edit, or remove the submission at any time
• You may withdraw a marketplace submission at any time from the in-app Settings
• We may reject submissions that violate Section 6 (Acceptable Use)

8.2 Username moderation

See Section 3.3 above. By submitting a username, you agree that:

• It may be reviewed by our moderation team
• We may replace it with an alternative value if it is inappropriate
• All decisions are at our discretion and final

8.3 AI-generated content

The AI Preset Draft feature converts your text input into a structured preset suggestion. You are responsible for reviewing and choosing whether to save the AI's suggestion. We are not responsible for the AI's output; the AI may occasionally produce inaccurate, incomplete, or unexpected results.

The Service, its visual design, code, branding, and trademarks are owned by IFSCORES and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the Service except as expressly permitted.

Team logos, league badges, and other third-party assets shown in the Service belong to their respective owners and are used for identification purposes.

The Service relies on third-party providers, including but not limited to RevenueCat (subscription processing), Firebase Cloud Messaging (push delivery), Sentry (error reporting), Anthropic (AI processing), Resend (email delivery), Google AdSense (advertising), and Live-Score-API (sports data). We are not responsible for the actions, content, or policies of third-party providers. Their terms and privacy policies apply independently to your interactions with them.

10.1 Apple End User License Agreement (iOS only)

If you use the iOS version of the Service, your use is also governed by Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement available at https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/. In any conflict between Apple's standard EULA and these Terms, these Terms control to the extent permitted by Apple's policies.

You acknowledge that:

• Apple is not a party to these Terms
• Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance and support for the iOS app
• Apple is not responsible for warranty claims, product liability claims, intellectual property claims, or any other claim related to the Service
• Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms with the right to enforce them against you

10.2 Google Play (Android only)

If you use the Android version, your use is also subject to the Google Play Terms of Service.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Specifically:

• Match data accuracy. Scores, statistics, lineups, and odds are sourced from a third-party data provider. The provider can be late, incomplete, or wrong. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data shown.
• Notifications. Push notifications depend on Apple Push Notification Service, Firebase Cloud Messaging, the user's device state, network conditions, and the user's notification settings. We do not guarantee delivery, timing, or order of any notification.
• Preset triggers. Presets fire based on conditions we evaluate against incoming match data. If the data provider is delayed or incorrect, preset triggers may also be delayed or incorrect.
• Service availability. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may take the Service down for maintenance, upgrades, or unforeseen issues.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IFSCORES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Service
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service, including data accuracy
• Any unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your account or content
• Any decisions you make based on information shown in the Service, including but not limited to betting decisions

In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion of certain liabilities, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

You agree to indemnify and hold IFSCORES harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party right.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these Terms, suspected fraud or abuse, or legal or regulatory requirements.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification) will survive.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the version date at the top and prompt you to accept the new Terms before continuing to use the Service. The version-acceptance log captures which version of the Terms you agreed to and when.

Material changes will be highlighted in the in-app acceptance prompt. If you do not accept the updated Terms, you may delete your account; continued use of the Service after the prompt constitutes acceptance.
