1. Acceptance
By using IFSCORES or ifscores.com you accept these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
2. Age
You must be old enough to enter a contract in your jurisdiction (typically 13+ for personal accounts, 18+ for paid plans).
3. What we do
IFSCORES reads live sports data and notifies you when your rules trigger. We surface scores, stats, and live alerts — informational only.
4. Account
Keep your credentials safe. One account per person; no sharing. Notify us immediately on suspected compromise.
5. Prohibited use
- Scraping the API.
- Abusing rate limits.
- Harassing other users through community presets.
- Reverse engineering or bypassing security controls.
6. Pricing (Pro)
Pro is handled by the App Store / Google Play. Cancellation is managed there. Trials auto-convert unless cancelled.
7. IP
IFSCORES brand, UI, and code are copyrighted. You own your presets — publishing to the community library permits other users to copy them.
8. Data accuracy
Live data comes from third parties. Delay, gaps, or inaccuracies are not our liability — this tool is informational.
9. Liability cap
Maximum liability is capped at the last 12 months of subscription fees paid.
10. Termination
We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time (30-day grace then permanent).
11. Law
Turkish law governs. Disputes land in Istanbul courts.
12. Changes
Material changes notified in-app + by email.
